There are many myths about losing weight that abound. Most people think that if they eat less and exercise more, that this will automatically translate into weight loss. Yet multitudes of people are frustrated because they found that this recipe doesn’t work for them. They haven’t considered the impact that the proper balance of nutrients is just as or maybe more important than the amount of food.

They may also be exercising wrong. Aerobics is not a great way to lose weight, and it can additionally cause a loss of muscle mass.
